With the recent changes to Provincial Health Orders (June 15, 2021), we can now have groups of up to 50 people exercising together outdoors. No physical distancing is required during group runs. After running, physical distancing of 2 meters is recommended. When physical distancing is not possible, masks should be worn (e.g. when administering first aid). All group run participants will be asked to complete a verbal COVID-19 Health Screening questionnaire. Participant attendance and contact tracing information will be kept by the CVRR for 30 days.

Please note that the following runs may or may not be CVRR sponsored. This information is given with the understanding that you participate at your own risk. CVRR sponsored runs require the signing of a waiver. If you are a CVRR member, you signed this waiver when you joined the club. If you are not a CVRR member, you can purchase an individual ($20) or family ($30) membership, or sign a waiver to try club activities for one month free. Eight great venues; click on the calendar links for schedule dates and locations.
Meet at Extreme Runners for a 5:15 pm sharp carpool departure (preferable due to limited parking) or at the trailhead, ready to run/walk at 5:45 pm.
All groups, except the walk/runners, are out for one hour. The walk/runners will work up to one hour. No one is left behind.
Free… No CVRR membership required.
No pets, please.

Saturday morning trails

4 different venues (Nymph Falls, Wildwood Forest, One Spot Trail and Seal Bay Park) on a rotating basis.
One hour runs start at 9 am
