CVRR Group Run information

Please note that the following runs may or may not be CVRR sponsored. This information is given with the understanding that you participate at your own risk.

CVRR sponsored runs will require the signing of a waiver. If you are a CVRR member, you signed this waiver when you joined the club.
If you are not a CVRR member, you can go to this RaceRoster site and sign it for free - CVRR waiver
 

Tuesday morning:

9:00 am start from Extreme Runners
Free... No memberships required
Both Walkers and Runners welcome. Pace varies and is decided by who attends.

Wednesday morning:

9:00 am start from Cumberland Recreation parking lot or Coal Hills BMX track 
Free... CVRR member or CVRR waiver must be signed
Technical single track trail running on mountain bike trails. Usually 7-8 km in an hour.

Thursday morning:

Trails in Seal Bay Park
9:00 am start from the main parking area on Bates Road.
Free... CVRR member or CVRR waiver must be signed
Both Walkers and Runners welcome. Pace varies and is decided by who attends.
Pets OK on leash with Walkers only.

Thursday night

Thursday Night Trails - otherwise known as TNT
Free... No memberships required

Saturday morning

Trails at 4 different venues (Nymph Falls, Wildwood Forest, One Spot Trail and Seal Bay Park) on a rotating basis. 
Runs start at 9 am.
Free... CVRR member or CVRR waiver must be signed.
